Everyone knows what dumpsters have to offer when it comes to storing garbage, but what can they do for a community”s dreams? Not much. Unless, of course, a talented artist does something like take an empty dumpster and convert it into a portable garden where people can come to meditate, say a prayer, and throw a wish into a well. When was the last time you saw a dumpster with its own wishing well? Thanks to Kris Pilcher, where there was once trash, there is now hope.
